If, for any reason, you can’t access UQ Online Applications, then you can email applicationstatus@uq.edu.au and request a hard-copy form, but you will be charged a non-refundable fee of A$150 for the same.
• We advise applying beforehand. Applications can be submitted up to two years in advance, and certain programmes have a finite number of spots. You must allow sufficient time for the organisation of your student visa and the processing of your application by UQ before applying.
• While filling up the online application, the system will notify you if you need to get in touch with an agent to submit your application if you are a citizen of one of the countries that requires it.

6. Double-check & submit your application
